The Risk department is responsible for balancing business growth and financial stability by managing credit risk across our lending products. Our teams combine analytics, experimentation, and business judgment to monitor portfolio performance, identify risk and profitability opportunities, and ensure that every credit decision is both sustainable and growth-driven. Within this environment, analytics plays a critical role in turning data into actionable strategies that directly impact risk indicators, customer experience, and overall business results.
We're now looking for a Risk Analyst Lead — a high-impact, strategic role that directly shapes the performance of risk indicators and drives business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts — supporting their development and ensuring high-quality delivery across all analytics workstreams
Drive the strategic planning and execution of risk initiatives using data — identifying opportunities, evaluating performance, and guiding improvements
Own the end-to-end analytics cycle for risk areas: from building reporting systems and running A/B tests to conducting ad-hoc analysis and translating insights into action
Oversee your team’s work on monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics — ensuring insights are turned into measurable improvements
Pilot and implement new tools and initiatives that improve the efficiency and impact of collections processes
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analytics and at least 1 year in a leadership role, managing and developing analytical teams
Proven track record in fintech, big tech, or other fast-scaling, data-driven environments
Strong technical skills in SQL and Python; hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar)
Solid experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to support product and strategy decisions
Strong background in building and analyzing reports, as well as driving data-informed solutions
Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Nice to have:
Experience in risks, banking, or financial services
Our ways of working :
Innovative Spirit : a commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits :
Relocation support to one of our hubs — Mexico, Cyprus, Spain, Serbia — with assistance for the employee and their family
Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
Healthcare Coverage
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave.
