As a Client Risk Analyst - Senior Associate, you will focus on leveraging advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will utilize your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
• - Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals
• - Developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI to visualize data trends and performance metrics
• - Leveraging Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for efficient data manipulation and analysis
• - Analyses client and engagement onboarding processes by extracting, interpreting and assessing

data from Salesforce and other relevant systems.

- Supports the implementation of technology-driven initiatives by contributing to project teams,

requirements gathering, testing, guidance and delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinates tailored risk reporting and control implementation projects, ensuring timely updates,

clear communication and effective engagement with leadership and adjacent teams.

- Maintains governance tasks, high-quality documentation, timely reporting and administrative

support to keep initiatives, systems and operations running smoothly.

What You Must Have

• - Any graduate
• - At least 4-9 years of experience
• - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess information quickly, identify issues and prepare

practical options or recommendations.

- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, risks, options and recommendations to stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart

Salesforce CRM, s trong Power BI Skills Good understanding of SQL / Data Integration / Data Structures.

• . Exp working as Senior Data Analyst Preferable domain - Risk Analysis and Reporting
• - Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow is highly regarded.

Advanced data analytics capability, including Excel, Power BI and Power Query.

Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with structured data sets is advantageous.
