• Role Overview

We are looking for a client-focused Relationship Manager to acquire, retain, and grow high-net-worth and institutional relationships. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable investment solutions, expanding share of wallet, and delivering revenue and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• - Identify and acquire high-net-worth, corporate, and institutional clients.
• - Build a strong referral network and maintain regular engagement with mapped clients.
• - Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate investment and wealth solutions.
• - Increase client penetration, portfolio depth, fee income, and overall share of wallet.
• - Conduct portfolio reviews in coordination with research and product teams.
• - Share relevant market updates and investment insights with clients.
• - Maintain high service standards and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
• - Complete KYC, proposal, and transaction documentation in line with applicable policies.
• - Track sales activity, competitor developments, and client requirements through periodic MIS.
