RMC Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for RMC

products in Pune.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, developers,

contractors, infrastructure companies, and project owners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, architects,

contractors, and project decision-makers.

Generate leads and convert them into profitable RMC business.

Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and

government projects in Pune and surrounding areas.

Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and

market trends.

Prepare project-wise marketing and sales plans to achieve business targets.

Coordinate with the technical, production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure smooth

project execution.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate RMC product/value

propositions.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and contracts with customers.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Develop a strong customer and project database for the Pune market.

Provide regular reports on leads, projects, sales pipeline, market intelligence, and competitor activities.

Support brand-building and promotional activities for RMC products
