Our ANCC - accredited Nurse Residency Program is designed just for you - created to support a smooth transition from student to practicing nurse through hands on experience, mentorship, and a strong support system.

What You Will Do:

• •Provide patient care with support from experienced nurses
• •Build your clinical confidence in a real world setting
• •Learn, grow, and develop your skill through guided practice and mentorship

What You'll Need:

• •Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 600 clinical hours in an acute care setting
• •BSN Required, If not in a BSN program you must enroll into a program within 6 months of starting employment and complete within 4 years.
• •Active Michigan RN license at the start of the cohort.
• •Current BLS certification (AHA
