Collaborate closely with Transitional Care Managers, Marketing Managers, and other members of the local team.
Identify opportunities to strengthen care transitions and support continuity of care.
Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to reliability and excellence.
What You’ll Bring
An active, current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
A personable, approachable style and a natural ability to connect with others.
The ability to establish credibility and become a trusted resource for case managers and other partners.
Comfort working on-site five days per week in downtown Jacksonville.
Comfort working in a large hospital or campus environment with significant walking throughout the day.
Energy, resilience, and flexibility in an active, fast-moving setting.
A commitment to compassionate care and a positive experience for patients, families, and professional partners.
Training and Support
BAYADA provides a robust, in-depth training program designed to help you build confidence and succeed in the role. Your onboarding will include approximately 90 days of field-based training and ramp-up, partnership with a Regional Sales Trainer, and ongoing support from Transitional Care Managers and Marketing Managers throughout the local market.
Schedule and Location
This is an on-site position based in the downtown Jacksonville hospital and campus environment, Monday through Friday.
