What You Can Expect :

Disponent : Organizacija in koordinacija prevozov, optimizacija logističnih procesov

Administracija v logistiki : Priprava dokumentacije (pogodbe, računi, carinski dokumenti)

Skladiščenje : Spremljanje zalog, koordinacija skladiščnih procesov

Customer service : Komunikacija s strankami, reševanje njihovih vprašanj in zagotavljanje visoke ravni storitev

Interna prodaja : Podpora prodajnim aktivnostim, priprava ponudb in skrb za zadovoljstvo strank

Druge naloge povezane z logističnimi procesi

What You Bring:

Izobrazba: vsaj srednja strokovna izobrazba (logistika, ekonomija ali sorodno področje)

Izkušnje: Zaželeno vsaj 1-2 leti izkušenj v logistiki ali administraciji

Znanja: Dobro poznavanje MS Office (Excel, Word), zaželeno znanje ERP sistemov

Jezik: Tekoče znanje slovenščine, dobro znanje angleščine (znanje drugih jezikov je prednost)

Veščine: Odlične komunikacijske sposobnosti, organiziranost, natančnost, proaktivnost, usmerjenost k doseganjem rezultatov

Osebnost: Timski duh, prilagodljivost, sposobnost dela pod pritiskom
