About the job you’re considering

• Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Support Consultant to join our Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team, supporting a secure and complex SAP landscape within a high-profile Defence programme. This role offers the opportunity to work across critical supply chain, warehouse, and logistics processes that support essential operational activities.
• As part of Capgemini's ADM practice, you'll join a team responsible for delivering reliable application support, continuous service improvement, and operational excellence. Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, you'll help ensure SAP logistics solutions remain stable, efficient, and aligned to evolving business needs.

Your Role

• •Providing functional support across SAP Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and related logistics processes
• •Supporting procurement, inventory management, goods movements, and warehouse operations
• •Investigating and resolving incidents, service requests, and process issues within agreed service levels
• •Supporting PLM and logistics integration scenarios to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes
• •Working with technical teams to diagnose cross-functional and cross-system issues
• •Contributing to enhancements, process improvements, and service optimisation initiatives
• •Supporting change management and testing activities for system updates and new functionality
• •Ensuring operational processes remain compliant, controlled, and effective within a secure environment

Your skills and experience

• •Strong SAP MM knowledge with experience supporting procurement and inventory processes
• •Understanding of SAP EWM and warehouse management operations
• •Experience supporting logistics and supply chain business processes within SAP environments
• •Knowledge of cross-module integrations and end-to-end supply chain flows
• •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage issues through to resolution
• •Experience working within an Application Management Services (AMS) or support environment is highly desirable
