Safety & PV Specialist

This role supports critical pharmacovigilance and safety activities across clinical development and post-marketing programs. You will contribute to the accurate processing, tracking, review, and reporting of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), helping ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. The position combines case processing, medical coding, literature review, quality control, and safety database activities. You will work within established global procedures and regulatory frameworks, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders across projects. Attention to detail, sound medical knowledge, and strong organizational skills are essential in this environment.
