What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability in the aggregates sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Drive operational excellence in dispatch and scale management
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Lead and develop sales and logistics team members while fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture
- Support business integration and continuous improvement initiatives by implementing consistent processes and driving operational alignment
What Are We Looking For
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and clients
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, forecasting, and business development activities.
- Proven ability to manage Aggregate Logistics including contractor management and order desk/dispatch team management
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement

Work Environment
This role involves a combination of office-based work and field visits to customer sites and operational locations. Travel within the region may be required to support business development and customer engagement.
