Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000

Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.

Hours per week: 37.5

Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year

The Sales and Marketing Specialist drives the growth, visibility, revenue performance, and client experience of Event Services . The role establishes annual sales priorities and revenue targets, determines target markets, develops and approves marketing plans, controls an approved marketing budget, owns pricing recommendations within established parameters, and negotiates standard client agreements.

The role also leads sales and marketing initiatives, manages client relationships, prepares venue proposals, oversees client communications and promotional content, and maintains accurate information across booking, reporting, web, and marketing channels.

NOTE: This position requires occasional travel (approximately 10% of the time) to attend industry events, networking functions, client meetings, and promotional activities.
