As a Sales Assistant based in Chichester, you’ll be responsible for:

• •Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
• •Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value
• •Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• •General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am to 5.00pm and 1in3 Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
