Sales/Business Development Manager

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales and Business Development team to work full time onsite Dubai. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy and promote ICM brand internationally.

Your responsibilities:

• •Generate business opportunities by identifying the needs of prospect client and evaluating their position in the industry.
• •Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business and grow existing business.
• •Act as a consultant to clients in delivering sales presentations and advising best product options.
• •Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining good relationships with clients.

Skill sets/Experience we require:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business, or a related field
• •Must have a minimum of 5 years proven FX sales experience
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
• •Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• •Agile, self-motivated, customer service oriented
• •Experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
