Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator (Fixed-term, 2 years)

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, supporting day-to-day customer service activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration between customers and internal stakeholders.

This is a fixed-term position for approximately 2 years, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Order Management

• •Manage customer orders from order entry through to delivery
• •Ensure timely order confirmations and accurate order processing
• •Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery information
• •Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
• •Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization
• •Escalate and support the resolution of customer complaints in cooperation with the Quality team
• •Proactively communicate potential delivery issues and ensure appropriate internal escalation
• •Support Key Account Managers in servicing customer accounts and achieving business objectives
• •Manage customer priorities and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• •Prepare regular reports and support Supply Chain performance targets

Customer Data & Asset Management

• •Maintain and review customer master data within ERP systems
• •Manage customer-owned assets, including pallet balances and production tools
• •Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates

Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• •Support compliance with company policies, management systems, and FSC requirements
• •Participate in customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
• •Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• •Follow quality, environmental, health & safety, food safety, and sustainability requirements

Your Profile

• •Higher education degree or relevant professional qualification
• •Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• •Proactive and solution-focused attitude
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• •Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• •Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
• •Native-level Hungarian language skills

Advantage

• •Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination role
• •Experience working in a manufacturing environment
