Sales Development Manager (SDR/SDM Manager)

This is a remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle sales hiring across the U.S., from individual contributor roles through senior leadership. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, shape candidate profiles, build targeted pipelines, and guide searches through offer and onboarding. The role combines hands-on sourcing with strategic stakeholder management and proactive talent mapping. You will use recruiting data and market insights to improve pipeline quality, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience.
