Nextiva is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own how and when reps get trained on our products. This role will own building and running an enablement calendar. You'll work side by side with the Go-to-Market Enablement Manager, turning the information they gather into training reps can actually use, delivered on a schedule that doesn't overload the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Training Calendar Ownership: Build and maintain the enablement calendar (what's being trained, when) and keep it visible to sales leadership and reps

Training Delivery: Turn briefs and materials from the GTM Enablement Manager into finished sessions and decks, then deliver them to the sales team

Rep Capacity Management: Balance training cadence against the sales team's bandwidth; partner with sales leadership to avoid overloading reps in any given week

Enablement Partnership: Work day-to-day with the GTM Manager to prioritize what gets trained and when, and flag where reps need more depth

Cross-Team Coordination: Stay aligned with Customer Success enablement and L&D to ensure training remains consistent across all teams

Ongoing Enablement: Own recurring training as product updates roll in, working from documentation and one-pagers maintained by Marketing

Who You Are

Rep-Minded: You've worked closely enough with sales to know how reps actually learn and what sticks

Organized: You can run a calendar with multiple moving trainings without losing the thread

A Strong Presenter: You're comfortable running a session, in a room or on Zoom, that actually lands

Protective of Rep Time: You push back when the training load gets too heavy, and you know how to prioritize

Collaborative: You work well with go-to-market enablement, marketing, and sales leadership without needing everything spelled out

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a quota-carrying sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

Experience building and running a recurring training calendar or program

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Experience partnering with product marketing or enablement teams to turn documentation into deliverable training

Comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders' priorities (sales leadership, product, and marketing) under tight timelines
