Sales Executive

• Role Overview
• We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages

Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM

Requirements

0–4 years of experience in sales (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and convincing ability

Basic knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
