Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• •Identify and develop new customers for machining and fabrication services.
• •Visit customers regularly and understand their technical requirements.
• •Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and coordinate with the engineering/Estimation team for quotations.
• •Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• •Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
• •Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• •Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• •Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Sales Experience.

Experience

• •2–4 years of sales experience in machining, fabrication, precision engineering, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• •UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• •Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, structural steel, and sheet metal works gives added advantage.
• •Familiarity with costing, estimation, and quotation preparation.

Skills Required

• •Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• •Customer relationship management.
• •Technical sales and solution-selling approach.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• •Valid UAE driving license preferred.
