Sales Force Developer - Remote EST Time Zone

• Job Summary:
• The Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions with a focus on AI-driven automation, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and modern Salesforce technologies. This role builds intelligent applications, autonomous AI agents, and integrated business solutions that enhance customer, employee, and operational experiences. The position provides technical leadership, drives DevOps best practices, ensures secure and responsible AI implementation, and mentors development teams while aligning solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, and related technologies.
• •Build and optimize AI-powered Agentforce agents, prompts, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• •Implement Data Cloud, RAG architectures, API-first integrations, and Responsible AI governance.
• •Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, automated testing, and deployment frameworks.
• •Lead architecture reviews, technical design, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• •Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce and AI solutions.
• •Mentor team members and evaluate emerging Salesforce and AI technologies.

Qualifications:

• •5+ years of Salesforce development experience and 10+ years of overall IT experience preferred.
• •Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and security architecture.
• •Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, prompt engineering, and AI agent development.
• •Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist certifications required.
• •Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
