Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead regional sales performance and drive business growth across an assigned market. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies designed to expand revenue, strengthen market presence, and achieve ambitious commercial objectives. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on customer relationship management and regional team leadership. You’ll use your understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and guide commercial decisions. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams, you’ll ensure regional plans are executed effectively. You’ll also monitor key performance indicators and translate sales data into actionable improvements.
