About the Role
Lead a team of 6–8 Mid-Market Account Executive s responsible for new business acquisition. Own the team's revenue target, coach reps, improve forecast accuracy, support strategic deals, and build a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of 6–8 AEs.
Own monthly, quarterly and annual team quota.
Conduct pipeline reviews and forecast meetings.
Support customer presentations, demos, negotiations and closures.
Hire, onboard and ramp new talent.
Partner with SDR, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
6–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
At least 2 years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
Strong coaching, forecasting and presentation skills.
HRMS/HCM/Payroll SaaS experience preferred.
Ability to conduct product demos is a plus.
Locations: North (Delhi NCR) and South (Bengaluru/Hyderabad).
