Your Impact in This Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales of all Sibelco products in Poland, with a primary focus on industries such as foundry, steel, refractories, and industrial coatings, and potentially construction and ceramics in the future.

We are not exclusively looking for an industrial minerals specialist; however, experience in selling technical products or raw materials within industries such as chemicals, steel, ceramics, or similar sectors is required.

As part of customer and key account management, you will be responsible for:

• •Conducting regular customer visits across the region
• •Setting pricing and payment terms
• •Negotiating multi-year contracts
• •Developing sales and growth strategies
• •Supporting supply chain activities
• •Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities

What You Bring to the Team

• •University degree (technical background preferred), or a strong interest in the technical aspects of sales
• •Several years of sales experience in related industries (e.g., chemicals, ceramics, steel, or similar)
• •Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• •Fluent Polish and strong English language skills
