Responsibilities

Analyze data sources, reports, and processes related to package losses and claims.

Identify data quality issues, reporting gaps, and opportunities for standardization.

Develop dashboards, insights, and recommendations to improve visibility and decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve tracking, reporting, and Sales-side management of losses and claims.

Present findings and final recommendations to business leaders.

The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.

Ability to work independently on a project while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
