A Day in the Life

• In this role as a spine sales representative, you will be responsible to sell, promote and give technical support for all range of spine \ Robotic and some Cranial products. You will work with OR team, Nurses, Surgeon's technicians, Purchasing department, customer care and supply chain. You will have to be professional, service oriented, multi-tasking person, creative, dynamic and a team player.
• In your daily Job you will need to be available during all hours including weekends. As part of this role, you are expected to participate in professional training programs and courses abroad.
• Primary Responsibilities:

Provide Clinical / technical support for all product portfolio for all customers.

Achieve Annual Operating Plan, increase market share and market penetration in your territory and identify new opportunities to increase Market Share.

Coordinates offers and tenders.

Identify and resolve customers concerns.

Mange logistic challenges of Back orders, sets and consignment.

Work closely with customer care for orders for sales follow up and forecast.

Provide clinical trainings for medical teams (physicians, nurses and technicians)

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree
• •2-3 years' experience in sales positions or in team's training or clinical support
• •Willingness to extensive traveling inside Israel
• •Fluent in English and Hebrew

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Familiar with aspects in the medical world
• •Experience in the medical device industry
• •Ability to work under pressure
