Sales Specialist

Requirements:

• •Diploma in Marketing, Business or SPM
• •3 years’ experience in the related field
• •Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Melayu
• •Able to communicate in other local dialect will be an added advantage
• •Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
• •Computer literate
• •Willing to travel

Responsibilities:

• •Sell and market company product line which includes parts and services
• •Plans customer calls and ensure wide customer coverage
• •Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients including taking the lead in resolving complaints
• •Follow up on all sales prospects and projects with potentials of the company’s product lines for proper sales presentation and conclusion
• •Foster good customer relations with existing and potential customers
• •Work closely with customers and service department for after-sales service
• •Build company image and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards and compliance to company’s policies
