Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service in Taiwan.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• •Offering technical and commercial proposal and solutions on inquiries from Sales team/customers/channels about ABB products/systems/applications on a timely manner.
• •Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical and commercial solution to meet customer needs and budget.
• •Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• •Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
• •Supporting Sales team in navigating and executing internal and external processes.

Qualifications for the role

• •You are highly skilled in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and the industrial electrification & power services market.
• •You have 3–5 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or order management (working as a Sales Support Specialist / Commercial Operations Coordinator with electrical infrastructure, low/medium voltage products, or service agreements).
• •You are passionate about operational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and proactive problem-solving.
• •Proven experience of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• •You are at ease communicating in fluent Chinese and Business English (both written and spoken).
