Your role

We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce and Omnistudio capabilities to deliver dynamic, user-centric applications.

• •Develop dynamic Salesforce user experiences using OmniStudio tools, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
• •Configure and customize Salesforce platform capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
• •Design and implement Salesforce Flows and solutions within Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• •Integrate Salesforce with external applications and services through REST and SOAP APIs.
• •Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• •Manage deployments and project delivery using GitHub, Jira, and Agile/Scrum methodologies, while maintaining documentation and supporting user training.

Your profile

• •Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio , including configuration and implementation of OmniStudio components.
• •Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows , platform configuration, and process automation.
• •Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and related business processes.
• •Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs .
• •Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies , working with Jira , and using GitHub for version control and deployments.
• •Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with bonus expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Python, and Talend for development and data integration.
