• Key responsibilities
• •Design, develop, test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and configuration.
• •Translate business and functional requirements into robust Salesforce designs, balancing declarative configuration with programmatic development.
• •Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using APIs and appropriate integration patterns.
• •Work across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities; contribute to Salesforce Industries solutions where required.
• •Develop and maintain reusable Apex classes, triggers and services, following Salesforce coding and governor-limit best practices.
• •Configure objects, fields, validation rules, automation, security and other platform capabilities to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• •Participate in sprint refinement, technical design, estimation, implementation and delivery within Agile/SCRUM teams.
• •Implement and support CI/CD, source control, automated testing and deployment practices across Salesforce environments.
• •Investigate defects and production issues, work with QA and other engineering teams, and drive root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes.
• •Ensure solution performance, security, data quality, maintainability and operational supportability across the Salesforce platform.
• •Conduct code and configuration reviews, uphold engineering standards, document technical decisions and encourage Salesforce best practices.
