Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be responsible for building custom functionality, implementing integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring long-term platform stability across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
• •Build and maintain REST integrations with external systems
• •Optimize data models and automation to enhance performance and scalability
• •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• •Debug and resolve production issues, including governor limit challenges and integration failures
• •Implement data validation rules, security controls, and role-based access models
• •Write unit tests and maintain high code coverage standards
• •Document system architecture, development processes, and technical decisions
• •Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• •Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification
• •Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
• •Proven experience building and maintaining REST integrations
• •Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working in multi-object, high-volume Salesforce environments
• •Experience designing and implementing scalable data models
• •Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• •Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
