Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools, including Email Studio, Automation

Studio, Journey Builder, and more. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce and third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including data extensions, queries, automations, and journeys.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio & Email Studio .

Create and optimize marketing emails and templates using AMP script , HTML , and CSS .

Configure and implement audience segmentation strategies and manage customer data within Marketing Cloud.

Develop custom scripts and logic using Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and AMP script for advanced personalization.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns and journeys.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM guidelines.

Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes, and workflows.

Provide technical expertise to marketing teams on leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

Strong proficiency with AMP script , SSJS , SQL , HTML , and CSS .

Experience with Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio , Journey Builder , Automation Studio , and Content Builder .

Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem integration and data flow management.

Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for data integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and technical teams.

Preferred:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer , Marketing Cloud Email Specialist ).

Experience with other Salesforce platforms, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud .

Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and advanced analytics tools.

Understanding of marketing automation best practices and multi-channel campaign strategies.
