Your Role

• •Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate Salesforce CRM solutions and ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
• •Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios across Salesforce applications, including Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud.
• •Collaborate closely with Salesforce Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, and Development teams to analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases.
• •Identify, document, track, and communicate defects using tools such as JIRA to ensure timely resolution and improved application quality.
• •Participate in test planning, test strategy discussions, and risk assessments to ensure optimal test coverage and quality assurance.

Your Profile

• •6–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing, with strong expertise in CRM application validation.
• •Salesforce Certified (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent certification).
• •Proven experience in functional testing, test case creation, test execution, and test management within Salesforce environments.
• •Ability to independently execute business user scenarios and work autonomously in fast-paced project environments.
• •Working knowledge of project tracking and defect management tools such as JIRA.Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks is highly desirable.
• •Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM modules, workflows, and business processes.
