Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Description

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes such as customer onboarding, quoting, and service management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Salesforce Platform technologies, and enterprise integration frameworks.

The role requires expertise in Salesforce development, OmniStudio tools, integration patterns, data transformation, and application lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• •Design and develop OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• •Build scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
• •Create intuitive user experiences for customer onboarding, quoting, and service workflows.
• •Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• •Develop data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration solutions.
• •Configure custom objects, fields, profiles, permissions, and automation processes.
• •Implement business rules, validations, error handling, and conditional logic.
• •Design and support CI/CD pipelines, testing processes, and deployment activities.
• •Collaborate with technical architects and business stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
• •Troubleshoot application issues and optimize platform performance.
• •Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.
• •Document technical designs, integrations, and development standards.

Qualifications

• •Required Experience
• •8+ years of software development experience.
• •Strong experience with Salesforce Platform development.
• •Hands-on experience with:
• •Apex
• •Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• •Visualforce
• •Salesforce Flow
• •OmniStudio (Vlocity)

• •Experience implementing DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
• •Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations.
• •Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
• •Experience working with large datasets, ETL processes, and data migrations.
• •Understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• •Experience working in Agile development environments.
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• •Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions.
• •Experience integrating Salesforce with CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems.
• •Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• •Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• •OmniStudio Developer Certification.
• •Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
