We are currently looking to urgently hire Sandblasting Technicians for 1st and 2nd Shift.

The Sandblasting Technician purpose is to ensure that paint and other organic finishes are removed from racks/components in accordance with established company instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Must be physically able to work up to 12 hours a day with most time spent on your feet.
• •Read and understand English.
• •Loading, unloading and transfer of components.
• •Self-directed efforts to work at an efficient pace to accomplish work and projects assigned on and ahead of schedule.
• •Sand blasting of racks and various other components.
• •Respond efficiently to unplanned events.
• •Troubleshoot and work through process equipment problems.
• •Follow company quality and application parameters.
• •Maintain equipment and housekeeping needs.
• •Maintain proper housekeeping of blasting equipment and the area.

Requirements

Qualification:

• •Basic computer skills.
• •Education / Certifications.
• •High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• •Previous sandblasting experience, knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• •Self-directed, strong communication and organization skills, good time management skills, ability to lift 25lbs.
