As a SAP Business process control - Senior Manager you will lead client-facing work in SAP compliance and security, helping clients analyze requirements, strengthen access and process controls, and support regulatory alignment within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice. As a Senior Manager you will apply sound judgment, guide teams through complex delivery, and use your network and professional skills to shape clear recommendations, coach others, and maintain operational excellence across multiple workstreams. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will oversee client needs across SAP environments, translate business process control issues into practical solutions, and contribute to work that supports secure and compliant business application use.

Responsibilities

• - Leading SAP compliance and security advisory workstreams for client business applications
• - Assessing SAP processes, security controls, and governance requirements to identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses
• - Designing remediation approaches for access controls, role design, and segregation of duties across SAP environments
• - Advising clients on control frameworks that support regulatory alignment and protection of sensitive data
• - Directing teams through complex control assessments, remediation planning, and issue resolution
• - Overseeing implementation of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions and related control monitoring activities
• - Coordinating with client stakeholders to translate technical findings into clear action plans and decision points
• - Reviewing audit evidence, control documentation, and compliance records to support risk management activities
• - Applying analytical thinking to evaluate operational risk trends and strengthen process control design
• - Coaching team members on SAP compliance methods, documentation standards, and practical issue handling

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 12-16 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
• - Demonstrating SAP GRC or SAP security controls experience
• - Applying systems thinking to control design and remediation
• - Crafting client messages that connect business and technology impacts
• - Coaching teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities
• - Validating outcomes through feedback, analysis, and follow-up
