Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.

You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design

You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines

Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Technical requirements

Lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, support, and enhancement activities within the assigned SAP domain (Project Management, GRC, Security, MDG, ATTP, SD, PP, QM, Ariba, FICO, Treasury, ABAP, Reporting & Analytics, EWM, or TM).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.

Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Support business development activities, estimations, and solution presentations when required.

Additional responsibilities

9+ years of relevant experience in the respective SAP domain.

Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, or support projects.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a global delivery model and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Relevant SAP certification will be an added advantage.
