We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance to support development, enhancements, implementation activities, and production operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across SAP FI and CO , excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and experience working with ABAP developers and cross-functional SAP teams. This role requires someone who can independently manage functional requirements, configuration, testing, incidents, change requests, and production support activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide functional expertise and production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FICO .
• •Configure and support SAP FI processes across FI-GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting .
• •Support SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders .
• •Analyse business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP FICO solutions.
• •Perform SAP configuration, enhancements, and functional changes based on business requirements.
• •Prepare detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments and coordinate with technical teams.
• •Work closely with ABAP developers to design, develop, test, and implement SAP enhancements.
• •Support integration between SAP Finance and MM and SD modules.
• •Conduct functional testing, integration testing, defect analysis, and resolution.
• •Manage production incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined timelines.
• •Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• •Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams to resolve integration and application issues.
• •Support deployment and validation of approved changes in production environments.
• •Maintain functional documentation, configuration details, test cases, and solution specifications.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide functional guidance on SAP Finance processes.
• •Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP FICO processes, solutions, and support practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• •8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance.
• •Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance in development, enhancement, implementation, and production-support environments.
• •Strong functional expertise in FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting .
• •Good understanding of SAP CO , including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• •Strong experience with SAP configuration, enhancements, functional specifications, testing, and defect resolution.
• •Experience handling production support, incident management, and change requests .
• •Strong understanding of SAP integration with MM and SD .
• •Ability to work effectively with ABAP developers and SAP functional/technical teams .
• •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• •Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
• •Strong ownership of assigned deliverables and ability to work independently in a production-support environment.
• •Willingness to work from the Noida office five days a week is mandatory.
