SAP HCM & ECP Support Consultant

Your role

We are seeking an SAP HCM & ECP Support Consultant with experience in SAP Time Management/Time Evaluation, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and SAP S/4HANA HCM support. The role focuses on Application Management Services (AMS), including incident resolution, enhancements, integrations, and stakeholder engagement within a large enterprise HR landscape.

You will:

• •Provide AMS support including incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements.
• •Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• •Support SAP Time Management and Time Evaluation processes, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• •Maintain integrations between SuccessFactors, ECP, and SAP S/4HANA HCM.
• •Conduct unit testing, support releases, regression testing, and deployments.
• •Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP HR solutions.
• •Document system configurations, support procedures, knowledge articles, and operational processes.
• •Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Business, and Technical stakeholders to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement.

Your profile

• •4+ years of SAP Time Evaluation/Time Management, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) support and enhancements experience.
• •Experience supporting incidents, service requests, problem management, and enhancements within an AMS environment.
• •Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM, including core HR processes.
• •SAP HCM and ECP Certification is preferred.
• •Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, and Integration Center would be an added advantage.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

This position is covered by the Professional Employees Award. Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, apply.
