SAP RISE Delivery Executive

  • Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad
  • Grade: E1/E2

Role Summary

Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs under the RISE with SAP framework. Drive delivery leadership, cloud transformation, stakeholder management, governance, financial performance, and business value realization across global SAP engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • • Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.
  • • Establish governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • • Manage CXO relationships, steering committees, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
  • • Track KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, SLAs, and financial performance.
  • • Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, and global delivery teams.
  • • Lead ERP modernization and ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations under RISE with SAP.
  • • Advise clients on SAP BTP, Clean Core strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
  • • Own program P&L, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and commercial discussions.
  • • Drive Agile, DevOps, SAP Activate adoption, continuous improvement, and capability development.

Required Skills

SAP: SAP RISE, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, Business Process Transformation

Program & Delivery Management: Program Governance, Portfolio Management, Delivery Assurance, Change Management, Risk & Compliance Management, Large multi-million-dollar SAP program delivery

Cloud Transformation: SAP RISE Programs, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Hybrid Cloud Landscapes, Cloud Migration Strategy, Digital Transformation Programs

Leadership: Executive stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and experience leading global delivery organizations.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
  • • MBA preferred.
  • • SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
