Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative SAP S/4HANA Systems Analyst to serve as our primary internal expert and Subject Matter Expert (SME) as we execute our enterprise transformation from SAP Business ByDesign to SAP S/4HANA. This role requires extensive, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, and a proven track record of training end users on it.

In this role, you will serve as the go-to functional authority bridging platform capabilities with daily business operations. You will bring hands-on expertise across both Finance (FI/CO) and Operations (MM, SD, PP/WM) modules. Beyond system configuration and administration, you will take full ownership as the internal SME to document business workflows, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), develop training materials, and conduct practical, role-based training for our internal teams, walk team members through complex processes, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and build organizational fluency in S/4HANA.

This is an in-office role (5 days M-F) in our Makati office. The hours for this position are 4:00 am - 1:00 pm PHT

• Base Pay Range
• The base pay range of this position is ₱169,000 to ₱193,000 per month. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus program with a target bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary , subject to the achievement of individual and Company performance objectives and the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan.

The Day-to-Day

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Internal Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Serve as the central internal expert for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across the organization. Provide functional guidance to department heads and operational teams on system capabilities, best practices, and workflow optimization.

Process Analysis & Workflow Mapping: Collaborate directly with functional teams to map business processes, document workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and establish standardized SAP processes across all departments.

Dual-Domain Module Support (Finance & Operations): Maintain, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA modules with balanced strength across both Finance/Accounting (FI/CO) and Operations/Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM).

SOPs & Process Instructions: Author, maintain, and publish user-friendly process instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and reference guides to establish clear operational standards.

Training Material Development & Staff Enablement: Develop role-based training materials and design and execute structured end-user training programs. Walk team members step-by-step through SAP S/4HANA functionality, transactional workflows, and system navigation to build confidence and drive organizational adoption.

ByDesign to S/4HANA Transformation: Play a pivotal resource role in our migration from SAP Business ByDesign to S/4HANA, leading functional process alignment, data extraction/transformation, validation, and post-go-live operational support.

Issue Resolution & Functional Support: Act as the primary escalation point for complex system and process issues. Investigate root causes, resolve end-user tickets, and guide staff on proper system procedures to prevent recurring errors.

System Administration & Integration: Oversee environment administration (roles, authorizations, transports, system monitoring, and upgrade release management). Manage integrations with external business tools (CRM, e-commerce, payroll, logistics) using APIs, IDocs, and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

Change & Release Management: Coordinate testing (including regression testing) and change control for system updates, patches, and enhancements, particularly given the ongoing Public Cloud release cadence.

Reporting & Analytics: Build embedded analytics, CDS views, custom reports, and Fiori/SAC dashboards to deliver actionable financial and operational reporting across departments.

Vendor & Partner Management: Serve as a liaison with SAP support, implementation partners, and other third-party vendors as needed.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure system configurations align with internal controls, accounting standards, and data security requirements while continually refining processes for efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA — with extensive, hands-on experience specifically in the Public Cloud edition — across both Finance and Operations modules, including system configuration, administration, and integrations.

Demonstrated experience developing training materials and delivering role-based, hands-on training to end users.

A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above.

Broad Module Knowledge: Well-rounded, hands-on knowledge across the full range of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition modules and scope items (e.g., Finance, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Service) beyond the Finance and Operations lines of business required above.

SAP Business ByDesign Experience: Direct experience with SAP Business ByDesign, particularly in migrating data and workflows from ByDesign to S/4HANA.

Certifications: Official SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance, Sales/Logistics, Procurement, or Technical/Basis tracks, ideally including a Public Cloud/Cloud Edition credential.

Financial/Operations Credentials: CPA, APICS/CSCP, or relevant process improvement credentials.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and administering SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition specifically (not solely on-premise or private cloud).
