About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Sales & Distribution solutions supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives. In this client-facing role, you will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to drive end-to-end OTC processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. You will play a key role in solution design, delivery governance, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives while helping clients maximize business value from their SAP investments.

Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes. Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹

Your Role

• •Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions for complex business environments.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• •Drive end-to-end OTC process improvements, including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and customer master data.
• •Provide functional leadership across project lifecycle activities, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• •Coordinate with offshore development teams and third-party vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• •Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and modernization programs.
• •Drive issue resolution through the full incident lifecycle while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• •Lead continuous improvement initiatives and leverage Capgemini delivery tools and methodologies.
• •Ensure alignment with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• •Support testing strategy, defect management, user acceptance testing, and production readiness activities.
• •Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing functional guidance, solution recommendations, and best practices.

Your Skills and Experience

• •Bachelors Degree
• •7- 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• •Hands-on experience delivering multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA projects.
• •Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, business process design, and end-to-end OTC process integration.
• •Experience with pricing, sales order management, delivery processing, billing, returns, credit management, and customer service processes.
• •Working knowledge of integration points with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, TM, and other SAP modules.
• •Experience supporting both project implementations and application support environments.
• •Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and release management.
• •Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• •Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow.
• •Ability to perform business analysis, solution design, stakeholder management, and functional leadership activities.
• •Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• •SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SD certifications are preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150- $174,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
