  • End-to-end SAP user access lifecycle - provisioning, modification, role assignment, de-provisioning, and termination per client security policies.
  • Review and validate all access requests - ensure business justification, approvals, and traceability before implementation.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and recertification - identify dormant accounts, over-privileged users, policy violations; produce remediation reports.
  • Support emergency / privileged access management - control, monitor, and revoke temporary elevated access, review usage logs for unauthorized activity.
  • Design, build, and maintain authorization concepts across ECC, S/4HANA, and related SAP systems with a least-privilege approach.
  • Create and manage authorization of objects, fields, and field values - enforce granular access control at transaction, organizational, and data level.
  • Maintain authorization default settings (SU24) for all standard and custom T-codes - ensure checks are correctly defined and consistent across landscape.
  • Perform authorization error diagnosis and resolution using SU53, ST01, SUIM during FUT, SIT, and UAT cycles.
  • Configure and monitor security audit log (SM20) - maintain traceable record of security-relevant events; ensure log retention meets regulatory requirements.
  • Design Fiori launchpad security - catalog/group assignments, OData service authorizations, CDS view-based access controls.
