SAP Specialist - Financials (RMCA)

Role insights:

• •Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA (Revenue Management – Contract Accounting) especially FI-CA (Finance – Contract Accounting), supporting the operations of A1 Group across multiple countries.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• •Perform SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
• •Document functional and technical specifications.
• •Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ABAP-related issues for custom solutions.
• •Ensure system stability, data integrity, and process optimization.

What makes you unique:

• •Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field, with interest in IT systems and financial processes.
• •2–5 years of SAP FI experience, ideally with ABAP exposure.
• •Good accounting knowledge, especially in accounts receivable.
• •Prior experience in mass-market industries such as Telecommunications or Utilities is a strong advantage.
• •Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and self-develop.
• •English language is mandatory, German and/or Croatian are a plus.
