The bar: how you work

This is a 10X role. You run AI across the whole workflow — research, positioning drafts, message testing,

social, asset briefs — and ship at a pace manual work can't reach. In your interview you'll walk us through

your AI stack and show work you've produced with it. This is a builder's role, not a director's — people who

only brief and review aren't a fit.

Principal Brand Strategist

Location: India (HQ) · Reports to: Leadership · Experience: Up to 8 years

Brand foundation: Own the Softobiz brand — positioning, narrative, and the message architecture every

campaign and page ladders up to.

Brand messaging: Define and guard how we talk about what we do — sharp, outcome-led, enterprisegrade, and consistent everywhere.

Employer brand: Build how Softobiz shows up as a place to work — careers story, culture content, and

presence on LinkedIn and Glassdoor — to power our in-house hiring.

Social presence: Own the brand's organic social strategy and voice across LinkedIn and Instagram,

partnering with content and design on what ships.

System stewardship: Keep the visual and verbal brand system coherent across everything the Principal

Designer and Principal Content Strategist produce.

A track record building and evolving brands for B2B or tech, ideally into AU/US markets.

Real employer-branding experience — you've shaped how a company shows up to talent.

Strong messaging instincts — you turn complex offerings into sharp, human language.

Social-native judgment — you know what earns attention organically on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Demonstrated AI-native workflow: real tools, real shipped output, measurable speed.

Hands-on and self-sufficient — you build the work, not just direct it.
