Job Description

Develop sustainability investment integration and stewardship workflow and

Develop materiality framework for different industries.

Develop SCBAM ESG score for investees – initiate, regularly monitor.

Co-work with investment managers (analysts and fund managers) to integrate sustainability factors to investment analysis and decision making.

ESG stewardship

Engagement with companies

ESG proxy voting

ESG incorporation

ESG integration to financial forecast and asset valuation

Keep up-to-date good ESG practice in advanced market to improve scoring framework.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineer, Finance, or a related field with a strong emphasis on sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability investment analysis, ESG scoring, and integration within a financial services environment.

Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability frameworks and ESG integration strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop materiality frameworks and conduct ESG scoring.

In-depth knowledge of current ESG practices in advanced markets and the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
