1.Objectives:

• •Support project implementation through developing tools, templates, sites, accesses, forms and any related resource needed as part of the project.
• •Keep strategic projects coverage and cost smart initiatives through efficient and effective usage of human resources by assigning the right resource to the right task.

2.Project Activities:

Information Process flows and Network diagrams

Process Analysis

Define, create and configure files and folders to manage information.

Basic Computer Skills

Define and create templates, forms and sites to input information.

Advanced MS Office Skills

Configure sites, flows and apps to simplify reporting processes

Advanced MS Office Skills

Create manuals, tutorials and training materials for users; and train people in the fulfilling, preparation, reporting and/or reviewing information.

Intermediate Computer Skills

Update, modify and maintain SQL databases tables and queries.

Databases Knowledge

Create, modify, publish and maintain Power BI reports in desktop application and cloud platform.

Data Analysis and Report Development.

Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related. Process Diagraming, Mapping and Analysis. Microsoft Visio. SharePoint, PowerBI, MS Office (Advanced).
