Join our Saint Luke's Cardiology Team as a Scheduler on the Plaza!

• •Full Time
• •Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm - No Nights, No Weekends
• •Hybrid opportunity after 90 months
• •Previous scheduling experience preferred within medical office, clinic, hospital or specialty practice
• •Strong computer and customer service skills and attention to detail required.

The Opportunity :

Make a meaningful impact on patient care everyday. As a Cardiology Scheduler, you play a vital role in coordinating appointments, diagnostic testing, follow up care and helping ensure patients receive timely access to services they need.

• •This role is the central contact for the physicians and nurses at each Cardiology office.
• •Completes scheduling from referrals and manages provider’s recall lists.
• Takes incoming phone calls for operator and scheduling lines.
• Provides cross coverage for registration/reception.
• •Schedules appointments and services.
• •Determines financial accountability based on information and referrals.
