• Pay: $25.00 per hour + Full Benefits
• Schedule: Mon - Fri 12:00PM - 8:00PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Dispatcher to support our school bus operations. This role ensures safe, on-time transportation for students by coordinating drivers, monitoring routes, and communicating with schools and families during morning service.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Oversee routes to ensure on-time performance and full coverage
• •Communicate with drivers, attendants, schools, and parents regarding delays or issues
• •Assign spare drivers and adjust routes as needed in real time
• •Support drivers with directions, student needs, and problem-solving
• •Respond quickly to service disruptions and escalate when necessary
• •Maintain accurate logs of delays, incidents, and route activity

Qualifications:

• •Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
• •School bus transportation experience a plus
• •Strong communication and multitasking skills
• •Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• •Basic computer skills (email, routing/GPS systems)
