• •This is a Seasonal Hourly Position through May 31, 2027.
• •Pay rate: Hourly rate plus commission (% of lessons/clinics)

What You’ll Do:

• •Lead private and group pickleball lessons.
• •Assist with clinics, tournaments, and social events.
• •Support daily court and Pro Shop operations.
• •Maintain accurate records of lessons and clinics.
• •Assist with racquet restringing, re-gripping, and repairs.
• •Support court maintenance and ensure facilities are ready for play.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• •Experience teaching pickleball to juniors and adults.
• •Strong communication and organizational skills.
• •Knowledge of pickleball programs and court operations.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
• •CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• •Pickleball certification required.
