PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Security Data, Analytics, and Technology Lead is responsible for enabling Fresenius Medical Care’s global security organization through advanced analytics, secure technology platforms, and data‑driven decision support. This role serves as the central integrator of security data, systems, and performance measurement across physical security, corporate security intelligence, and supply chain and product security.

This leader provides vision, strategy, and execution for all physical‑security‑related technologies and analytics, ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy requirements while identifying quantifiable opportunities for risk reduction, performance improvement, and cost efficiency.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security Analytics & Performance Improvement

• •Design and deliver enterprise‑wide security analytics that enable the Head of Corporate Security (COE) and senior security leaders to assess risk, performance, and return on investment.
• •Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and executive‑level reporting for physical security, intelligence, and supply chain security domains.
• •Identify measurable opportunities for improvement in effectiveness, efficiency, cost control, and response outcomes.
• •Apply predictive and trend analytics to support proactive risk mitigation and resource allocation.

Technology Strategy & Roadmaps

• •Establish a global vision and technology strategy for all physical‑security‑related technologies, including:
• •Access control
• •Video management and analytics
• •Incident management systems
• •Case management and investigations tools
• •Security intelligence platforms

• •Develop and maintain multi‑year technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities, healthcare operations, and budget constraints.
• •Evaluate emerging security technologies and oversee pilots, assessments, and enterprise deployments.

Enablement of Security Leadership

• •Directly support the Head of Corporate Security (COE), Physical Security Lead, Head of Corporate Security Intelligence, and Supply Chain Security Lead with actionable insights, analytics, and technology solutions.
• •Translate operational security requirements into scalable data and system capabilities.
• •Enable standardized reporting and visibility across global security functions.

Data Governance, Privacy & Compliance

• •Ensure all security data collection, storage, and analytics comply with:
• •Corporate data governance standards
• •Privacy requirements
• •Healthcare and regional regulatory obligations

• •Partner with IT, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to manage data risk and approval processes.
• •Establish data quality standards, access controls, and lifecycle management for security information.

Systems Integration & Operational Excellence

• •Integrate security technologies with enterprise platforms (e.g., HR, facilities, supply chain, incident management systems) where appropriate.
• •Own requirements definition, vendor collaboration, and lifecycle management for security analytics and systems.
• •Improve data accuracy, consistency, and usability across regions and functions.

Financial & Value Management

• •Support tight budget controls through data‑backed investment decisions and performance metrics.
• •Quantify risk reduction, productivity gains, and cost avoidance resulting from security technology investments.
• •Provide executive‑level business cases for technology and analytics initiatives.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

• •Bachelor’s degree required (Information Systems, Data Analytics, Security Management, Engineering, or related field).
• •Advanced degree preferred (MS, MBA, or similar).
• •Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM, data or analytics certifications).

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

Experience

• •Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in security analytics, security technology, risk analytics, or related fields.
• •Demonstrated experience supporting senior security leadership in a complex, global organization.
• •Proven background in:
• •Security metrics and performance analytics
• •Physical security technologies and platforms
• •Data governance and compliance

Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
