• About the role
• MSS Security is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to lead site-based security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, staff and visitors at RAAF Williamtown, whilst role modelling MSS's Values and building a culture which reflects these. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to national security efforts while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

Oversee and coordinate daily security operations, ensuring all Security Officers are performing their required duties

Provide leadership, guidance and support to the security team

Escalate incidents, operational issues and breaches as per required Defence procedures to necessary stakeholders

Liaise with the client, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Conduct adhoc Security Officer duties where required

What are we looking for?

A Baseline AGSVA clearance as minimum, NV1 preferred or ability to obtain

Certificate II in Security Operations

State relevant Security licence

Experience leading a team

Positive attitude, great communication skills, willingness to learn and adapt

Australian Citizenship required

Master licence – 408742075
